Европейската прокуратура разследва измами за 467 милиона евро в България

Европейската прокуратура е имала общо 2 666 активни разследвания, с изчислени щети за бюджета на ЕС от 24,8 милиарда евро. Това са констатациите в последния годишен доклад на Европейската прокуратура.

Повече от 1 500 нови разследвания са били започнати през 2024 г.

Европейската прокуратура води 97 разследвания за престъпления в България. Предполагаемите щети за 2024 година възлизат на 467 милиона евро.

От създаването си до декември 2024 година са установени щети за 443 милиона евро. 6,7 милиона евро са били замразени. Издадени са 10 присъди. 14 души са били осъдени.

Най-много сигнали за злоупотреби, свързани с България, са постъпили от частни лица – 238. 184 са сигналите от национални служби.

Най-много са измамите, свързани с регионалното развитие – 79, както и със земеделието – 72.
